have been
soliciting investment from the public.
Based on information gathered by the Commission,
RISING OPPORTUNITY INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS
offers
the following
compensation
plans:

program, a member may invest for as low
P500.00 up to 50,000.00
and promises, depending on the selected plan

i.e., Starting Plan, Elite Trading System
Plan,
Premium Dealer System Plan and Partnership Plan

10, 15, 20 or 30 days.

Commission as a corporation or partnership. It is not

the public as this entity did not secure prior registration and/or license to solicit
investments from the Commission as prescribed under Section 8 of the Securities
Regulation Code.
