money in the said entity. CRYPTO MARKETERS / CRYPTO MARKETERS WORLDWIDE is offering investments to
the public with a minimum amount of $20, promising income of 1.5%-2% daily, amounting to
45% earnings in just 30 days. The said entity offers packages of up to $1,000.
As posted online, CRYPTO MARKETERS is
offering investments to the public through “subscription package” ranging from a minimum
investment of $50 up to $1,000. Investors may choose from the available packages offered by
CRYPTO MARKETERS/ CRYPTO MARKETERS WORLDWIDE. Interested individuals may join as “promoters” and choose the desired subscription
package. Membership in CRYPTO MARKETERS / CRYPTO MARKETERS WORLDWIDE
allegedly entails doing simple daily tasks. By doing so, promoters will get paid daily and may earn

Interested individuals may purchase the chosen subscriptions by depositing the

and 28 of the SRC.

investment contracts or securities to the public, may incur criminally liability, or otherwise be
sanctioned or penalized accordingly as held by the Supreme Court in the case of Securities and
