IGNITE VIRTUS INTERNATIONAL
Based on the information gathered by the Commission, a number of individuals
or group of persons claiming to represent IGNITE VIRTUS INTERNATIONAL
headed by ANDREI DIONISIO, are enticing the public to invest their money in said
entity.
As posted on IGNITE VIRTUS INTERNATIONAL’s Facebook page,
https://www.facebook.com/groups/ignitvirtus/, it is offering investments with
guaranteed returns of 50%-200% in 10-20 days.
Below are the marketing schemes of the subject entity:
Complan A (Bronze) – Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00) turns Seven
Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php750.00) or 50% ROI in Ten (10) days.
Complan B (Gold) – Five Thousand Pesos (Php5,000.00) turns Ten
Thousand Pesos (Php10,000.00) or 100% ROI in fifteen (15) days.
Complan C (Platinum) – Ten Thousand Pesos (Php10,000.00) turns
Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php30,000.00) or 200% ROI in Twenty (20)
days.
Ten (10) percent direct referral bonus.
One (1) percent unilevel bonus up to 10th level
As the above described scheme involves the offer and sale of securities in the
form of investment contracts to the public, the Securities Regulation Code (SRC)
requires that these securities are duly registered and that the concerned entities and/or
its agents have appropriate registration and/or license to sell such securities to the
public pursuant to Section 8 and 28 of the SRC.
The public is hereby informed that IGNITE VIRTUS INTERNATIONAL is not
registered with the Commission and is not authorized to solicit investments from the
public, not having secured prior registration and/or license to sell securities or solicit
investments as prescribed under Section 8 of the SRC.
Those who act as salesmen, brokers, dealers or agents of IGNITE VIRTUS
INTERNATIONAL in selling or convincing people to invest in their investment
schemes including solicitation or recruitment through the internet may likewise be
prosecuted, held criminally liable and penalized with a maximum fine of Five Million
Pesos (Php5,000,000.00) or a maximum penalty of Twenty-One (21) years of
imprisonment or both pursuant to Section 73 of the SRC (SEC vs. Oudine Santos
(G.R. No. 195542, 19 March 2014).
Furthermore, the names of all those involved will be reported to the Bureau of
Internal Revenue so that the appropriate penalties and/or taxes will be correspondingly
assessed.
The Commission urges anyone who has knowledge or information about any
business transaction of IGNITE VIRTUS INTERNATIONAL and/or its agents to report
such activity to the Enforcement and Investor Protection Department at
